Administrative Fee: $1200, This fee covers costs for facilitating your adoption abroad, including telephone, fax, mail, courier fees, authentication and translating of documents. This fee is due upon completion of the home study and is non-refundable.

Home Study Fee: $1,400.

Post Placement Fee: $750, This fee covers two post placement visits by the social worker. Additional services needed for the finalization of adoption in the state of Rhode Island are also included in this fee. This fee may vary if the child referral was not identified through Little Treasures and we are required to provide additional paperwork.

Please note: Due to the nature of international adoptions, fees may change and additional expenses may be implemented especially at the foreign end which we cannot control. You will be notified immediately should these changes occur.
